Terms and Conditions for Registration at the Endocrinology Congress

  1. Registration Process

    • All registrations for the Endocrinology Congress must be completed through the official registration platform. A registration is considered valid only once a confirmation email has been sent to the participant by the organizing committee.

    • The registration is non-transferable without prior written consent from the organizing committee.

  2. Payment

    • Full payment of the registration fee must be made within 14 days of registration. If registration occurs within 30 days of the event, payment must be completed immediately.

    • The registration fee covers access to the congress, including lectures, materials, and designated meals or refreshments as outlined in the congress program.

  3. Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to the organizing committee.

    • Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event will incur a 10% administration fee.

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. However, a substitute delegate may attend in the participant's place, subject to approval by the organizing committee.

  4. Event Changes

    • The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the congress program, including alterations to the schedule, speakers, or venue. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants at the earliest opportunity.

  5. Liability

    • The organizing committee and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event unless caused by gross negligence.

    • Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation, and the organizing committee cannot be held responsible for any issues related to these arrangements.

  6. COVID-19 Regulations

    • Participants are required to comply with any health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 protocols, in place at the time of the congress. These may include proof of vaccination or a negative test result.

    • In the event that the congress is postponed or cancelled due to COVID-19, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.

  7. Privacy Policy

    • Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for the purposes of organizing and facilitating the congress. The organizing committee will not share your data with third parties unless necessary for the event's operations or as required by law.

  8. Photography and Media Consent

    • By attending the congress, participants consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes, unless they provide written notice stating otherwise to the organizing committee prior to the event.
