Following the great success of our previous Veterinary Laser Surgery Course in December 2025, and due to the many requests for a new edition, we are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the next course edition.
Join us for two intensive days of veterinary laser surgery education, combining advanced theory with practical hands-on wet lab training. 
We will be covering CO2, Diode, Blue light, Holmium-Yag and Thullium laser



Day 1 – Monday 25 January 2027

Theory & lectures – AniCura Saventa, Zaventem
The first day will focus on the theoretical foundations and clinical applications of veterinary laser surgery, there will be a live surgery broadcasted from the minimal invasive OR1 surgical theatre of Saventa with possible interaction

In the evening, we will conclude the day with a group dinner at Van der Valk Hotel Brussels Airport in Zaventem, offering a great opportunity to network and exchange experiences with colleagues.

The dinner is included in the course fee, but registration is required.
Please note that a €75 no-show fee will be charged if you register for the dinner but do not attend.

Day 2 – Tuesday 26 January 2027

Wet Labs – ORSI Training Center, Melle
The second day will be dedicated to hands-on wet lab training at ORSI Training Center.
Transportation will be provided from Van der Valk Hotel Brussels Airport (Zaventem) to ORSI Training Center and back. This service is included in the course fee but must be booked in advance.
After the wet labs, a bus transfer will be available from ORSI back to Van der Valk Zaventem or, if preferred, to Brussels Airport. This service is included in the course fee but must be booked in advance.
Course fee

Early bird registration (until 30 Sept 2026):
€1450 all-inclusive (excluding VAT)

Regular price after 30  Sept 2026:
€1650 all-inclusive (excluding VAT)

The course fee includes:
✓ Two full days of education and practical training

✓ Wet lab participation at ORSI Training Center
✓ Group dinner on Monday evening
✓ Transportation between Zaventem and ORSI on Tuesday

Terms and conditions

Thank you for registering for the Veterinary Laser Surgery Course on 25–26 January 2027.

By completing the registration form, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration & Payment
Registration is considered confirmed once the registration form has been completed and payment has been received according to the provided payment instructions.

Participation is subject to availability, as places are limited to ensure a high-quality educational experience and sufficient practical training opportunities.

2. Cancellation Policy – Participant
If you are unable to attend the course, please notify us as soon as possible in writing.

The following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation up to and including 25 December 2026:
A full refund of the course fee will be provided.Cancellation from 26 December 2026 until and including 10 January 2027:
A refund of 50% of the course fee will be provided.Cancellation after 10 January 2027:
No refund will be possible.3. Transfer of Registration
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant.

The replacement participant must meet the course requirements and all changes must be communicated to the organisers in advance. The original participant remains responsible for ensuring that the organisers receive the correct participant details.

4. Course Changes or Cancellation by the Organisers
The organisers reserve the right to modify the programme, speakers, location, or schedule if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the unlikely event that the course must be cancelled by the organisers, participants will be informed as soon as possible and the paid course fee will be refunded.

However, the organisers cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to:

Flights or other travel expensesHotel accommodationCar rentalOther personal expenses related to attending the course
Participants are therefore strongly advised to arrange their own travel and cancellation insurance to cover possible unforeseen circumstances.

5. Personal Arrangements
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and any additional personal expenses unless explicitly included in the course package.

Any bookings made by participants outside the official course arrangements are made at their own responsibility.

6. Dinner & Transport Registration
The group dinner at Van der Valk Hotel Brussels Airport and the organised transportation between Zaventem and ORSI Training Center are included in the course fee.

However, these services must be booked in advance through the registration process.

Participants who register for the dinner but do not attend without prior notice will be charged a €75 no-show fee.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the registration form, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
